SIRAJGANJ, May 20 (UNB): Police recovered the body of a young man from a septic tank of his friend's house at Nimgachhi Khokshahat village in Raiganj Upazila on Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Pankoj, 25, son of Samiron Roy, a resident of the same village.
Father of the deceased said Pankoj had a quarrel with some of his friends over playing cricket a few days back.
He also said Yusuf and Sharif, sons of Abdul Mazid of the area, called Pankoj out of his house on Saturday afternoon and since then Pankoj remained missing.
Later, Pankoj's father filed a complaint with Raiganj Police Station.
