Bangladesh is progressing well as a formidable cricket team in the world. We play in all formats of the game- one-day internationals, T20 and Test cricket. Now we are a strong team in one-day cricket with enviable quality. Recently our cricket team won one-day international series against Pakistan, India and South Africa. Our performance against the above three teams goes to suggest that our cricket team is progressing quickly.
Our cricket has indeed improved a lot, but we have no sport channel of our own. Our cricket is certainly better than Zimbabwe. But the Zimbabweans watch cricket on their own separate sports channel. But we have to depend on foreign channels to watch our cricket matches. This is sad for our cricket fans. The Bangladeshi sport fans need a separate sport channel in the country and I hope the authorities will take the matter into consideration for betterment of sport in the country.
