Why people are looking for job every time? Is there any strong reason behind it? Almost twenty million people are now unemployed in our country. The main reason behind unemployment is lack of skill and illiteracy. Can't we think of another way to remove this problem? Can't we be our own hero? I shall request everybody to think about themselves, their future, their objective of life, current situation in job market and find out what they want to do.
Entrepreneurship is an important solution to this problem. Most of the people of developed countries do something for their own development. Bill Gates, Mark Juckerberg, Dr. Muhammad Yunus are the best examples of entrepreneurship. They think about fulfilling their dreams and work relentlessly for the welfare of the society.
Today, many organizations and banks help the new entrepreneurs with finance. Funding is not that problematic any more. Every person has to develop a mentality that he/she can create job opportunities for others. People can be more self-reliant in this way in addition to providing employment for others. Youth is the best time to take up self-entrepreneurship, to prove one's ability to venture for something new. Youth leadership can change our society. Youth has the power and ability to withstand shocks and adversities and move against the tide. Poets and philosophers have eulogized youth as an eternal source of courage and strength against all challenges. The young generation has the ability to conquer all the odds and obstacles on their way and create a new world. Dr. Muhammad Yunus rightly said, "Finding job is a modern servitude." So, we should try and be own hero, be an entrepreneur to prove ourselves and help the society.
