Budget allocation for Qawmi Madrasa

Education is one of the most important foundations of a nation, and every student deserves equal support, no matter which system they study in. In this sense, Qawmi madrasa students should also be given proper attention in the national budget.
In Bangladesh, thousands of students study in Qawmi madrasas. Most of them come from poor families, and many struggle to continue their education due to financial hardship. Despite these challenges, they dedicate themselves to learning religious knowledge and also contribute to maintaining moral values in society. However, they often do not get the same level of facilities or opportunities that students in other educational systems enjoy.
Because of this, it is important that the government includes a reasonable allocation for Qawmi madrasa students in the national budget. This support can make a real difference by improving classrooms and facilities, offering scholarships to needy students, and introducing basic modern educational tools and technology. It can also help arrange vocational and skill-based training so that students are better prepared for real-life jobs and self-employment. If we want a fair and balanced education system, we must think about all students equally. Leaving a large group behind only increases inequality and limits their future potential.
In the end, supporting Qawmi madrasa students through the national budget is not just about financial help, rather it is about giving them equal respect, opportunity, and a fair chance to grow and contribute to the country.
