Celebrating rag day decently
December 22, 2021 00:00:00
Marking the end of their academic life, outgoing students of our educational institutions now celebrate rag day through holding an array of programmes. Nothing is wrong unless and until the day is celebrated in a decent way. On social media platforms, we often come across such celebrations, where students write on their batch-mates' T-shirts. However, it is unfortunate that most of these writings are neither moral nor memorable. Rather, most of them are slangs and unethical comments.
Rag day is normally celebrated by students but for this they need to take approval from the authorities of schools and colleges. So, institutions can intervene in this regard. The first duty of an institution should be encouraging its students to learn moral teachings.
