Cellphone addiction

August 27, 2019 12:00:00

Excessive use of cellphone involves some other hidden issues, such as stress, nervousness, melancholy, or depression. This addiction may leave compound effects on these issues, resulting in insomnia and other problems. If you utilise your cellphone as a familiar object to calm sentiments of nervousness, forlornness, or ponderousness under certain circumstances, for instance, you'll succeed just in cutting yourself off further from the people around you. Keeping your attention to your telephone every now and then will deny you eye contact with others, further depriving you of their empathy. In fact, many of us are wasting our valuable time and neglecting social relations by keeping ourselves busy with cellphoine. Yes, it has been a way of communications but we should use that for our comfort, and collective wellbeing. We should take further cautionary steps to save our children from the addiction of cellphone and thus build them as responsible citizens.
