Change in food habit!

When price volatility of non-staple items like onion often causes public suffering, we should explore ways of how such crises could be avoided and addressed. Increasing domestic production is one answer to the problem, apart from proper regulations by the government. Making a habit of eating less spicy foods or sometimes non-spicy foods may be an unpopular but healthy choice. Some nations who earlier took spicy foods have already made a culture of taking non-spicy foods.
The spices that we need to use in foods for coping with weather conditions should be taken but not the ones that cause some problems in stomach. Because of excessive use of spice and oil in cooked foods, we miss the original taste of some items like vegetables that are grown abundantly at home. Making a habit of taking healthy foods based on domestic production can offer us some relief from not only price fluctuation but also from some lifestyle diseases.
