Closure of Star Cineplex

It's disappointing to know that a popular movie theatre, Star Cineplex at Bashindhara Shopping Complex in downtown Dhaka, has been declared closed. Due to the shutdown during the pandemic, the Cineplex operators could not pay the rents and the shopping complex authorities ordered them to clear the space in case of failure to pay the outstanding rents of a few months.
We wonder how such a crisis could be created within such a short period of time. In this context, question arises as to how business should be planned to overcome unforeseen challenges. The coronavirus pandemic will leave more marks than we expect for the future.
