Coronavirus and Sinophobia

As coronavirus infection cases are found in six continents, the Chinese people are facing mistreatment, even to the extent of attack on racial grounds. China's Wuhan province is the epicentre of the novel coronavirus infections but Chinese people are being blamed irrationally for the crisis.
In fact, it is China which is the victim and the number one loser in terms of public health and economy. It's not known exactly from where the virus came into being whereas the Chinese are paying high price. It's not fair to discriminate against and hate any nation, race or group based on rumors and suspicions. In today's world it's important to show tolerance and decency.
