Jawayawardene and Sangakkara are two illustrious names in cricket. Sri Lanka triumphed over India in T-20 World Cup final with the tremendous performance of these two key cricketers, Sanga and Mahela. These two legends have been serving Sri Lankan cricket for more than 12 years. The island country has made some historical events and attracted spectators of the world by the help of these two legends. They brought back rhythm in Sri Lankan cricket while Sri Lanka was passing its worst time in cricket. The patience of these two cricketers helped overcome the crisis.
Sri Lanka reached the final several times but couldn't win due to bad luck. Fittingly, it was Sanga who was at the wicket to guide Sri Lanka. Sanga is known to all as super cool man of cricket. He proved himself successful again in the final when Sri Lanka was going to cut another sorry figure.
The recent declaration of retirement of these two legends gave rise to a number of questions in Sri Lankan Cricket Board. Many cricket fans are shocked at the news of their retirement. If truly they retire from Sri Lankan cricket, even the world will miss two legendary cricketers.
