Dealing with frustration

Most young men and women have similar frustrations regarding their future, job, education, problems in personal life and other issues. Almost always, frustration leads to depression which can at times lead to self-hatred and even suicide.

Frustration can be handled efficiently. When someone feels frustrated he/she should strive to come out of it positively. S/he should consider the positive things in life and explain to self that the problems being faced will soon pass.

During these times, the person can engage himelf or herself in motivational events and competitions. When he or she will win and begin to realise the positive side of life, he or she will gradually understand that the issues holding him or her down will not last forever.
