Drug test for jobseekers

Appreciable as it may be, the move to carry out drug test on jobseekers is also confirmation of massive use of illicit narcotic substances in the country. It is similar to the initiative to launch a drive for formalin-free fish market. However, this does not mean that the home ministry's move to set up drug test centres in 21 districts should not be taken.

Drug trafficking has created new challenge for the country's law enforcement. Still, it's now a national task to eliminate trafficking and use of drugs.
