As we are staying home to remain safe, students like us have free time which may be wasted unless we plan to do something productive. Misuse of time may lead us to depression and anxiety. So let's better use this period doing constructive works.
Our first duty is to create proper awareness without creating panic. We need to share positive messages for better living. In our family, we may utilise this period to strengthen our bonds and plan how all family members can make progress in life.Of course, exercise is important for healthy life especially when our movement has been extremely limited.
We may engage ourselves in self-development programmes, One can take online courses offered by different institutions at home and abroad. This is the period when students can try to overcome weakness they may have in any particular area and raise level of technical skills. Some can even take preparations for examinations such as TOEFL, GRE and IELTS.
