Elephants on city streets

It is a new problem. Some people ride elephants on the streets of Dhaka. They block the roads and ask for money from the passers-by and car owners. They do not move their elephants until they get money. Traffic gets stuck up for a long time. I have seen these elephants in Kalyanpur, Shyamoli, Gulshan and Banani. Please stop these extortionists immediately.
