Facebook and a rickshaw-puller

A few days ago, I encountered an interesting incident. I was looking for a public transport but I got none and most of the buses were overcrowded. I therefore decided to take a rickshaw and soon I found one. But the rickshaw-puller was taking a long time to start and was fiddling with his smartphone. When I told him that I was getting late, he asked me to wait as he was logging from his facebook account.
I was really amazed at the creation of Mark Zuckerburg, the man behind Facebook. He has been able to touch more lives than he had ever imagined. Soon I learnt that the rickshaw-puller has completed his primary education and had been learning to browse internet on his Smartphone. The internet has given him a glimpse of what education can do in a man's life. He also said resolutely that he would make sure his children were not deprived of education so that they can get out of the vicious circle of poverty and backwardness. I was very happy that a poor rickshaw-puller was deriving great pleasure and learning from the internet and learning many things which would not have been possible without the marvel of modern science, particularly the information technology.
