Fake cosmetics and toiletries

Fake cosmetics and toiletries are being sold in the rural areas openly and the common people are being fleeced with the substandard products. A section of unscrupulous traders is involved in it who sell fake products and deceive the innocent customers. These traders are the enemies of the people and should be dealt with accordingly. The producers and suppliers of fake cosmetics and toiletries deserve no mercy of the authorities and should not be spared under any circumstances in the interest of public health and good governance. The producers of such products use similar packages (which are also copied) of the famous brands and fool the rural people.  If the government does not clamp down hard on the guilty people, the situation will deteriorate further and soon the fake products will drive the genuine products out of the market. Thankfully, city consumers are able to choose the genuine from fake products and it is not easy to bluff them. But the simple people living in the countryside can easily be cheated. I think, the big companies have an important role to play in this respect. They can perform the role of a watchdog in preventing fake products under their banners from invading the market.
