Formalin and polythene

Harmful formalin and polythene are back. Every day we buy fruits, fishes, and many more food items mixed with formalin, and carry those home in polythene bags. This is an open practice and members of the law-enforcing agencies also do the same.

We are used to hear that the government is waging war against formalin and polythene from time to time. The war continues for several days, and as the uproar stops, the cunning traders stage a comeback.

Why doesn't the government constitute a permanent mobile court to deal with these criminals?
