Heart attack: A silent killer

Heart attack, as it is popularly known, is a major cause of death around the world. We must be very careful about the deadly consequences of heart problems and lead a healthy life so that we can stay safe from it. Heart attack is in fact a silent killer and often attacks the victim unguarded. Heart attacks cause permanent damage to the heart muscles and often prove to be fatal. Furthermore, people die of heart attack as it is often wrongly diagnosed by doctors. We can prevent all heart ailments if we lead a healthy life and take a balanced diet. Smoking, eating junk foods, tensions, insomnia are some of the reasons behind heart attacks.
Several studies have shown that regular exercise can save us from chances of heart attack.  We fail to realise that there are some simple workouts that can help us maintain good health and good health is a panacea to most ailments. For example, walking is a simple exercise which helps us to remain active.
It is true we often feel discouraged to walk due to rush and traffic jam in the city. But we should try to ignore it and incorporate walking in our daily life. Walking has far reaching effects on our body as it boosts our energy and stamina. We can work harder and longer. It increases our body resistance and keeps us immune to common ailments. I am sure if we accommodate some physical work outs in our daily routine, we can stay fit and healthy in the long run.
