Hope for political stability

Year 2014 is coming to an end and it was a peaceful year, almost free of political violence compared to last year. But the record of human rights abuse leaves us worried.  I hope 2015 will be a good year for Bangladesh and we shall see a political understanding between two major political parties so that there are no street violence and disorder that disrupt or slow down the wheels of economy.
The main opposition party, the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has announced a series of political programmes in the beginning of 2015 that has cast a gloom and fear in our mind about what is going to happen.
I hope, the opposition BNP will carry out peaceful political programmes and will not do anything that can unsettle our normal life. I also hope that the ruling Awami League will sit with the BNP and sort out all their differences.
I believe if the ruling party wants they can bring peace and political stability in our country by starting negotiations with the BNP across the table. Surely the common people want peace and stability in their daily life.
