How wise is it to launch restaurant?

There has been a tremendous change in restaurant business in the country in recent years. This happens largely because of the trend of going out with family members and relatives to dine and of giving treats to friends. Young people love to go to restaurants. Many restaurants have grown to meet the increasing demand and some even created demand through advertisement. While this business seems to be profitable, there are questions if it will remain so in future.

However, only a few restaurants have capacity to handle a crowd of customers regularly. In some cases, demand has declined and now some restaurants have hardly any customers. They do not have skilled human resource or expertise to run the business smoothly and professionally. When some of them fail to pull adequate customers, food review pages of the social media reflect the frustration of the customers about foods and services, sometimes affecting their business. Still, this shows demand for quality food and if the customers feel cheated, they ventilate it on the social media. So, an entrepreneur needs to acquire proper knowledge of foods, health and hygiene, hire necessary manpower and keep flexibility of mind to learn and serve people, before starting restaurant business in the coming days. The situation calls for improving regulation in the entire food chain as well as support for entrepreneurs who are willing to join restaurants and similar business.
