Ignorance can cause undesired casualties

A photo caption "Ignorance, not always a bliss: School-goers crossing a metallic fence of the road driver on Gulistan-Jatrabari Flyover at Kajla in the city Sunday amid high risks of accidents" has made me dumb. It is not uncommon in the country where guardians don't care what their children are doing or intending to do.  

My heart-felt thanks to the Financial Express for drawing our attention through publishing such a picture. Every one in our society, including members of law enforcing agencies, pedestrians,  passers-by and staffs of vehicles should take the issue into cognisance so that not only the children but also the adults abstain from such maddening adventures.

We should not forget that this ignorance or whim can cause sudden death or undesired casualties to our beloved ones. The society can come out the clutch of this danger by augmenting the degree of consciousness of all the quarters. I hope that everyone from his or her position will do the needful in this regard.
