A news item captioned "Ignorance, not always a bliss: School-goers crossing a metallic fence of the road divider on Gulistan-Jatrabari Flyover at Kajla in the city amid high risks of accidents" published in the Financial Express recently makes me scared.
I express heartiest thanks to the authorities of the FE for publishing such a timely picture on the front page. Children might have done this without apprehending the danger.
Teachers and guardians should advise their children how to cross the road, where to cross, and where not. After any fatal accident, we always try to find out the reason. However, through the picture the Financial Express has warned and cautioned us.
