Gone are the days when neighbours used to be as close as family members. In olden days if there was a wedding or a get-together, people in the neighbourhood used to come and help each other. Everybody used to come to gather like a huge family. Each and every one used to have huge gala time.
But nowadays, people are all so practical and self-centred that many of them hardly know their next-door neighbours. We must remember that the people who live next door are the ones who can come to help you first if any emergency appears. So, we should have good ties with them.
