Due to hectic urban life, many of us do not get adequate sleep which affects our health. Undeniably, sleep greatly helps build good health. Sleep deprivation increases the chances of heart attack, heart failure, irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure and diabetes. Lack of sleep takes away energy and vigour and gives rise to lethargy and depression.
We must realise the importance of a good night's sleep and make sure that we get everyday adequate sleep and remain healthy. Many of us do not have a particular time for going to bed at night and waking up in the morning. Staying up late at night and waking up late in the morning are not healthy habits. We should wake up early and spend some time in work-outs and be fresh and energetic. A good night's sleep can really make a big positive difference in our life.
