Keys to sustainability

We are living in the post-digital era where sustainability is the biggest concern for future. Developed countries have already taken steps to protect themselves from vulnerabilities through application of artificial intelligence (AI), biotech, secure wireless connectivity, 3D manufacturing, drone operation and more. These steps are helping them progress towards the Fourth Industrial Revolution or 4IR.

Similarly, citizens of Bangladesh need to be prepared for rapid evolution in technology. This is why they need to have the following qualities: innovation, smartness and dynamism. Innovation means doing a routine work in a different way thus saving time and cost while increasing value. Innovation requires knowledge that can be transformed into creative environment-friendly output. Secondly, smartness includes acceptance of new and upgraded technologies that will ensure efficiency and effectiveness of daily activities. The last key, dynamism defines flexibility. This will ensure that adaptability of professionals to change.
