Let us all be early risers

Many of us have a habit of staying awake long beyond midnight and getting up late from bed. This is detrimental to our health. We all learnt in our childhood days about the famous lines of a verse: Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
We should not forget this immortal saying as it has a positive impact on our health and well-being. It is a matter of blessings from the nature if we follow it in letter and spirit. In fact, waking up early and going to bed early is not difficult. We shall find the morning more peaceful, comforting and productive. We can start our day early and have plenty of time to plan things to be done. We can also have a proper breakfast which is the most important meal for a working person. If we wake up early, we can also encourage our children to do the same and in the long run it will have a positive impact on their lives too. We should regularly sleep and wake up at the same time so that our body system is adjusted accordingly. We must not forget that early bird catches the worms.
