Making 'half pass' effective for all students

In the face of widespread student protest, bus owners have finally agreed conditionally to cut fares by half for students travelling by bus. As per the condition, only the students of Dhaka city will enjoy this facility, widely known as 'half pass'. They will be charged half fares from 7:00am to 8:00pm every day, excluding weekends and public holidays. And for this, they must show their identity cards issued by their respective educational institutions.

Students from all over the country took to the streets demanding half fare. They staged protests outside Dhaka demanding 'half pass'. So, why is this facility given only in Dhaka city? The financial situation of students outside the capital is poorer. In that case, they should get 'half pass' facility first. Therefore, we request the authorities concerned to introduce 'half pass' for the students not only in Dhaka city but all over the country.
