Mir Mehdi Faruk has brightened the face of Bangladesh through his marvellous achievement as being one among 20 out of 200 short-listed meritorious scholars out of thousands from across the world. He succeeded among many scholars from many universities across the world for research on Higgs-Boson theory. He is the jewel in the crown for the University of Dhaka.
