Health is the most important wealth of our life, but many of us neglect our health and face dire consequences later. When we are young, we do not give due importance to the necessity of possessing good health. But I think, we should teach our children to take care of their health from an early age so that they can remain healthy for rest of their life. Regular exercise or physical work out is an important tool to keep us healthy. We should therefore set aside some time everyday for physical exercises.
Even with a moderate amount of workout, like 20- to 30 minutes, we can enjoy immense health benefits. The heavy traffic jam, lack of open space in our city and our sedentary lifestyle keep us away from vigorous physical activities. Regular exercises can fill the void and help increase our energy level, stamina and make us more active and hard working. Moderate but regular exercise also helps to keep our blood pressure lower, control our weight, maintain our mental health, and so on. I strongly feel, every one of us should make some time everyday for physical work outs and stay fit and active throughout our life.
