Modification required for HSC syllabus

The syllabus for students of business studies group at the Higher Secondary School (HSC) level needs to be modified as there is no general mathematics course. But as they will go ahead for higher studies like BBA or BBS, they will come across the subject of mathematics in Mathematics in Business and Economics or Business Mathematics. They would obviously lag behind as they did not study mathematics for a long time. Besides, there are topics like Calculus, Linear Programming or Matrix which would be tough to understand if not studied earlier. The concerned authorities should take necessary steps in this regard to solve this problem and add Finance and Banking course from the HSC level.
