It is imperative that the authorities take decisive action in accordance with law of the land to address this appalling incident. The involvement of students from a prestigious higher seat of learning in such a reprehensible act, coupled with allegations of drug-related aberrations and potential political affiliations, brings untold shame upon the country and its citizens.
Moreover, it is crucial for the authorities to enforce a ban on political activities within the university premises to prevent any further exploitation of power dynamics that could perpetuate such crimes. Those found guilty must face severe consequences to uphold the rule of law and ensure the safety and dignity of all individuals visiting any place in the country. Only through swift and decisive measures can justice be served and the integrity of the institution restored.
