Need for girls' prayer and common rooms at CoU

Comilla University is a renowned university in Bangladesh. The ratio of male and female students is almost equal in most departments of the university. There is a central mosque, where male students say their prayers. But it is unfortunate that the university does not have any such arrangements for its female students. Also, it has no common room for them. So, many female students cannot perform their Zuhr and Asr prayers in time. Besides, they need a common room to take rest and refresh themselves in between the classes.

We urge the university authorities to take an initiative so that the female students do not have to suffer for want of a common room. A common room attached to the prayer room can solve the problem.
