It was shocking to learn from the media that more time will be needed for manoeuvring (called as dillydally) at the Department of Environment in settling their 'important issues' before any list of offending polluting organisations are placed to NBR for levying of 'Green tax'. That means once these important and essential and delicate issues are settled needing close interactions at the Department of Environment, only then the list will be out for all. Who knows how much time the department will take to settle important issues before any levy can be slapped. This is a kind of dillydallying which allows offenders polluting environment go unpunished.
Once they settle their important issues, this will ensure that the countrymen can comfortably 'make hay while the sun of 'Green tax' shines. This essential matter is indicated in the last line of the report, that stated "NBR should have to wait some more time as we are working........ to implement the surcharge policy (green tax)". That is the official version for all the realities, that can only be imagined - not seen, heard or may be noted anywhere. This is another example how matters of public interest are ignored by the public offices.
