Online supply challenges

Doing online business has been a good option for women, especially during the Covid-19 crisis. This business based on social media is creating a new supply chain, generating some employment opportunities. But, knowledge gap of some entrepreneurs and unrealistic expectations of some clients are creating problems.
Under the circumstances, there should be better coordination between the stakeholders engaged in online business and supply chain management. The authorities concerned may arrange such a dialogue and ensure fresh regulations for improvement of services and support to businesses.
