Prayer rooms for women

There are arrangements for Muslim women to say prayers in the mosques in the Middle East and European countries, but there is no such arrangement in most mosques in Bangladesh. What is more unfortunate is that most hospitals, shopping malls and educational institutions in the country do not have this facility. So, when a practising Muslim woman goes outside, she worries about performing her prayers on time as there is no reserved place for women's prayer in most of our markets and malls.

We urge the authorities concerned to look into this problem sincerely and arrange separate prayer room for women wherever men say their prayers.
