Raising entry age for govt. service to 33

The current maximum entry age of 30 for government jobs is outdated and requires reform. Raising this limit to 33 would better align with modern educational and career trajectories, allowing candidates to complete higher education and gain valuable private sector experience. This change would also accommodate demographic shifts, reflecting increased life expectancy and later retirement ages.

A higher age limit promotes inclusivity, providing opportunities for those who have faced setbacks or taken non-traditional paths. By expanding the talent pool, we can increase the diversity and quality of applicants for public sector positions. This reform would strengthen our government workforce by tapping into a broader range of skills and experiences.

It's time for the government to reform public sector recruitment policies to attract the best talents in the service of our nation. Implementation of this reform would align our policies with the realities of modern education and career trajectories, ultimately strengthening our public sector workforce.
