Set up a pharmacy on RU campus

The University of Rajshahi, a hub of academic excellence, is in need of a vital addition to its infrastructure: a pharmacy within the campus. This proposal stems from a sincere concern for the well-being of the students and the broader university community.
The absence of a pharmacy on campus poses challenges for students seeking timely access to medications and health-related essentials. A dedicated pharmacy within the university premises would not only offer convenience but also serve as a proactive measure to address health emergencies promptly. In absence of a single pharmacy on the sprawling RU campus, residential students often have to go a long way outside the campus to buy medicine, which is not only time-consuming but also extremely difficult for students feeling unwell.
By setting up a pharmacy on campus, RU can create a safer and more supportive environment for its students. Quick access to over-the-counter medications, prescription drugs, and basic healthcare supplies can significantly enhance the overall health and productivity of the student body. Recognising the dynamic needs of students, it is imperative for the university administration to prioritise the establishment of a pharmacy. Residential students of the university will be immensely benefitted from it.
