Shahbagh Public Library

On several occasions I had been to Shahbagh Public Library, but most of the time I saw all the chairs are occupied. Enough space is not available for the building is too small for a national library. The photo copiers are not in operation since long. Necessary books are not available.

Recently I looked for books on poultry feed; standards like BSTI, Indian standard, Japanese standard, American standard, German standard etc. but desk officials have no knowledge on these books. It is surprising to think that a central public library lacks recent publications. I wish the authorities concerned look into the matter.
