Ace Bangladeshi all-rounder Shakib Al-Hasan has appealed against his punishment, and we sincerely hope that the Bangladesh Cricket Board will reduce his punishment. I believe Shakib needed a reminder and he has got the message from the penalty. Shakib is the most valuable Bangladeshi sportsman and we are proud of him. However, he had an attitude problem many times in the past; but I think now he will overcome it. Shakib has many fans and they are disappointed with his wayward behaviors. BCB has suspended him for six months from all types of competitive cricket and they also barred him from taking part in any foreign competitions until December 31, 2015. The sport-loving people are disappointed. Cricket is the most popular sport and day by day its popularity is increasing in our country. Shakib played a key role in making Bangladeshi cricketers popular abroad. When he played in the Indian Premier League he was loved by the crowd for his outstanding performance. I hope the punishment will be waived and he will get a chance to bounce back in cricket stronger than before.
