Many of us skip breakfasts which is an unhealthy habit. As a matter of fact, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as we usually start the day with it and go out for work. It is true that most of us are often in a hurry in the morning to go to our workplaces, colleges or universities. But that should not be an excuse to skip a proper breakfast.
We should start our day with a proper meal so that we can remain energetic throughout the day. Again there are people who complain that they cannot eat breakfast as they do not feel hungry in the morning. As a result, they end up having unhealthy food in restaurants which is very bad for our stomach.
We should cultivate the habit of eating a good breakfast in the morning and for that if necessary, we have to get up from early from bed so that we can have our breakfast in time. I always try to have a full breakfast before I start for my workplace. As parents, we should have the habit of getting up early in the morning and make our children develop the same habit too so that they do not go out without breakfast.
Skipping breakfast leads to increasing chances of diabetes and heart diseases. Let us be more careful and health conscious so that we can lead a healthy life.
