Animals are subjected to cruelty for which there is no justification. One of these is through the poaching of animals. Animals are regularly poached for their meat, skin, teeth, bones, etc. The plight of domestic animals is no better. Most animals kept in zoos are ill-fed and over-strained. Animals, like horses and bullocks, are treated in a merciless manner to make them pull heavy loads. Some animals are forced to provide entertainment for people.
Animals are our friends. They play a vital role in maintaining the ecological balance. It is our duty to protect them and treat them well. It is also necessary for protection of the environment. We should stop cruelty to animals.
