I was very surprised to read news of resignation of the coach of Bangladesh National Cricket Team Shane Jurgenson. It is bad for our cricket because frequent change of coach creates bad impact on a team and its overall performance. We hope he will reconsider his decision. Recently, the Tigers have been going through a bad patch. We must need to be patient and stay focused. Shane Jorgensen has shown his willingness to stay with the Tigers until June 2014.
We hope he will change his mind till then. It is usual that when a team performs worse, every member of the team faces harsh criticism. Instead of losing heart, one should learn a lesson from bad time. Bangladesh needs to salvage its lost confidence. I read somewhere that a man is not fit for life's battle if he has not met and survived defeat!
