T20 World Cup and the Tigers

The Bangladesh cricket team and the cricket-loving people of the country were disappointed at the outcome of the Asia Cup cricket. Despite giving some spirited performances, the Tigers failed to taste victory. Now, Asia Cup is behind us and it will be futile to cry over the shocks. It would be better if the players can forget it and move towards their next challenge, T-20 World Cup.

The much-awaited tournament will start from March 16. Bangladesh along with the rest of the cricket-loving world will be geared up to enjoy this mega event. At least 16 warm-up matches will be played. The matches will be equally important for the teams and the supporters as a win will boost the morale of the winners. The Tigers will face Afghanistan, Nepal and Hong Kong in the first round and they must come out successful to ensure a place in Super Ten which we believe will not be so hard. Good luck Tigers. We hope the lady luck will smile upon us on this occasion.
