Teachers' role for weaker students

Teachers play an important role in shaping a student's life. A good teacher not only helps students overcome their shortcomings but also inspires them to work hard. Unfortunately, there are some teachers who tend to be harsh on academically weaker students.

Recently, a student posted on social media that she had secured good marks in Class XII board exams in spite of being undermined by one of her college teachers. The students who are humiliated in schools and colleges for failing to perform often suffer from low self-esteem. So, every teacher should be sensitised and trained to handle the individual needs of students.
