Crimea, being a part of Ukraine, should not show delinquency on the critical moment of national crisis which began more than four months ago. But the recent Crimea referendum reminds me of one thing that things fall apart when the centre can not hold. A bitter truth is coming out from the decision that Crimea was in no way happy with Ukraine. So, Crimea did not delay to use the moment successfully. Moreover, whether Russia remained 'a serpent under green grass' should be exposed. If the first guess is right, what is the Declaration of Human Rights for if it cannot ensure the rights of minority in a country? If my second guess is right, what is sovereignty if a second imperialist state always causes sabotage?
