The last letter

The poignant open letter addressed to Bush and Cheney, was published in a local English daily on November 15 before Tomas Young's death  from wounds inflicted in Iraq War at the bloom of his young life when he was only 34 years old! It epitomizes the monumental harm resulting from the biggest lie of modern times by power-hungry Bush and Cheney! It caused the death of many thousands of people and injured and crippled many thousands more, because these two lied to create war and destruction in their lust for false glory! They honestly deserve public punishment. This will be a small price that they should be made to pay for the sufferings that they caused to many thousands of people and their families and of those who died or were crippled because of the unwarranted war.

In this writer's considered view, this moving letter should be published in all our English language newspapers and also translated in Bangla, and similarly published in all Bangla dailies too. This will make people aware of how two criminals brought miseries to many families of many countries only to satisfy their evil desires and that too for temporary political gain! Shame on the two criminals!
