The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced the final 15-member Bangladesh team for the upcoming Cricket World Cup which is only a month away and we already feel the excitement in the air. The BCB selected the team on the basis of current form and previous experience. I am sure all the team members will put in their best in this mega event. The BCB has taken four fast bowlers considering the condition of Australia and New Zealand pitches. With Mashrafee we shall see Rubel, Al Amin and Taskin bearing the pace attack. I believe, it will be a good opportunity for the players to showcase their talent in such a grand event. The cricket lovers of our country were waiting eagerly to know the world cup squad and now they will wait eagerly for the curtain to rise. The tournament starts on February 14, 2015. The Tigers will get an opportunity to play two warm-up matches and acclimatise themselves with the conditions of the host countries before the real tournament starts. The defending champions India will definitely be desperate to retain the cup and the hosts Australia and New Zealand will leave no stone unturned to win it. I am sure, this World Cup has in its store for us plenty of thrills, excitement and entertainment. It will feature plenty of fireworks, dancing cheer leaders and enthusiastic fans holding aloft colourful banners and placards.
