I was shocked to read a news item how persons in responsible positions defy traffic rules. Many drivers violate traffic rules. But the VIPs also defy these rules with impunity and the traffic police look the other way.
The VIPs, as far as traffic rules are concerned, may be called "Very Insolent Persons"; they apparently set their own traffic rules as they drive along and give an impression that some are more equal than others. May be, VIPs do not have time to look at the faces of other people on the streets. Had they do so, they could see what amount of hatred those faces reflect.
