Train derailment

In railway parlance, the pair of parallel rails is called permanent-way. However given the regular frequency of train derailments happening over the last few weeks, is it now temporary-way until the next derailment? This is a very serious matter for all. A high level inquiry should take place to find out the reason why this is happening so often? I would also request the editors of all our dailies to look into the matter and present the underlying causes behind it.
Many passengers are injured, and on occasions there are fatalities too. Also there is a serious disruption in railway schedule. Only the other day, a daily reported that people now prefer to travel by train, given that here the risk of delays or accidents are less compared to frequent launch sinking and regular serious accidents on roads and highways, apart from regular traffic jams on roads. In terms of overall fatalities, quite possibly our waterways are the worst in that respect. Will our authorities look into the frequent railway derailment with all due seriousness or is it that they are searching for the elusive "Aladdin's Lamp' to show us the way to resolve this ever growing problem.
