Vote chief rejects Lankan rigging charges

COLOMBO, Feb 3 (AFP): The Sri Lankan elections commissioner Wednesday rejected allegations that last week's presidential vote was rigged by incumbent Mahinda Rajapakse but raised questions over unfair campaigning.
